Kinundena ng ilang progresibong grupo ang pagkakaaresto sa fisherfolk leader na si Susan Agner at isang konsehal matapos aniya hainan ng warrant of arrest ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) gamit ang "panloloko" sa probinsya ng Cavite.
