Manila, Philippines – The Spokesperson for the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) Lt. Gen. Antonio Parlade should be declared as a “persona non grata” or an unwelcome person in the province of Cavite, according to the provincial chapter of the national fishers’ group Pambansang Lakas ng Kilusang Mamamalakaya ng Pilipinas (PAMALAKAYA).
