PAMALAKAYA said the fisherfolk couple Chai Lemita-Evangelista and Ariel Evangelista were both members of Ugnayan ng Mamamayan Laban sa Pagwawasak ng Kalikasan at Kalupaan (UMALPAS KA), a local environmental organization in Nasugbu, Batangas.
